Everything you need to know to feel at home

Before class

Prepare the body and mind

Arrive with time – The doors open 15 minutes before class so you can settle in, breathe, and prepare your space.

Wear something comfortable – Clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely. Please avoid strong perfumes and accessories.

Avoid eating too much – Ideally, leave 1–2 hours between your last meal and class for a smoother practice.

We have all the equipment you need at the studio - But you’re welcome to bring your own mat, and if you tend to sweat a lot, a medium towel can be useful.

Turn off your phone - This is your time. Everything else can wait.

During class

surrender to the experience

Listen to you body – Every day feels different. Honour your rhythm and limits, and take breaks whenever you need to.

Breathe with awareness – Breath is the foundation of the practice; let it guide every movement.

No comparisons – Yoga is a personal journey. Observe yourself with curiosity, not judgment.

Props available – Blocks, straps, and blankets help you adapt each posture and make your practice more comfortable.

Relaxation at the end - Savasana is an essential part of the class — it’s where everything integrates, and body and mind absorb the full benefits of the practice.

Do I need experience?

Classes are designed to welcome different levels, with modifications offered in each sequence. Vinyasa can feel challenging at first, but it’s also an invitation to get to know your body and to build strength and fluidity over time. Restorative Yoga and Nidra, on the other hand, may initially challenge the mind through the stillness and surrender they invite — but with consistent practice, growth and transformation become inevitable.

Yes. You’re welcome to start with a 1 Class Pass to experience the space and the style before choosing your plan.

Classes combine Vinyasa (fluid, mindful movement) with Restorative Yoga or Yoga Nidra (active relaxation practices).

We chant the mantra OM in yoga to create a sense of connection and calm, preparing the body and mind for practice. The sound is considered sacred and primordial — a symbol of the universe’s own vibration.

From a scientific perspective, the prolonged “mmm” sound activates the vagus nerve, which helps relax the nervous system, slow the heart rate, and bring a feeling of inner well-being.

Intention is like a compass for the mind.

Instead of something to “achieve,” it’s a way to direct your energy and presence — a gentle reminder of why you’re here.

It can be something simple, like “to breathe more calmly” or “to practice gratitude.”

By holding that vibration throughout the class, body and mind begin to align more consciously.

Feel free to talk to me before class — we can adjust the practice to your needs, or I can recommend a yoga style that might suit you better.
