Like a deep sigh at the end of the day. Supported postures that nourish your nervous system and help you truly switch off and relax.

Yoga Nidra

For when you’re tired but can’t seem to stop. A guided deep relaxation that recharges you on a level sleep doesn’t always reach.

Hi, I'm Sílvia.

In 2012, I created Yoga Bliss to share what yoga has given me over the years — a space to reconnect, find balance, and move through an ongoing process of self-discovery and transformation.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over two decades and completed my first 800-hour teacher training in Australia in 2006.

My approach is simple: I combine active and restorative practices to help you release tension, clear the mind, and balance your nervous system — so that sense of well-being can ripple into every area of your life.
