Hi, I'm Sílvia.

In 2012, I created Yoga Bliss to share what yoga has offered me over the years — space to reconnect, find balance, and dive into an ongoing process of self-discovery and transformation.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over two decades and completed my first 800-hour teacher training in Australia in 2006.

My approach is simple: I combine active and restorative practices to help you release tension, clear your mind, and balance your nervous system — carrying that sense of well-being into every area of your life.
