About
My yoga journey
Yoga found me early, in my teenage years.
Although it was love at first practice, I only truly committed in my twenties — when the challenges of adult life began to grow and the mat became my safe place to find balance, process, and integrate my experiences.
After a few years in London, immersed in the world of natural therapies and personal development, I moved to Sydney in 2005 to study Naturopathy and ended up completing over 800 hours of training in the Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training.
Returning to Portugal, I created Yoga Bliss in 2012 — a welcoming space to share what yoga continues to offer me: a place to slow down, reconnect, and dive into an ongoing process of self-discovery and transformation.
My approach is simple: I combine active and restorative practices to release accumulated tension, clear the mind, and balance the nervous system — strengthening your inner connection and carrying that sense of well-being into every area of your life.
